Prior to our engagement, the Al-Fajr organization was managing its growing operations through a fragmented system of spreadsheets, email threads, and paper logs. Managing team members, reconciling complex financial transactions, and maintaining administrative logs across various departments was entirely manual, highly disorganized, and prone to human error.
They required a centralized, secure, and intuitive digital hub where administrators could oversee all foundational operations at a glance, without requiring extensive technical training.
